議員協議会
本日 議員協議会が行われ、行政報告事項の前に柳市長より農業災害復旧工事補助金不正受給についての説明がありました。
まず冒頭に洲本市民に対して｢申し訳ないです｣と謝罪があり、報道されているように約３０００件あまりの災害工事の中で３０件が今年の３月３１日までに工事が完成していないのに完成しているような事務処理が行われ、金額にして１億１千万円にのぼる不適切な支出処理が行われました。その要因として出納閉鎖が行われる５月３１日までには工事がおわるであろうとした甘さ、そして地権者の農業事情を考慮しすぎたこと、地元調整が円滑に進まなかったなどの説明がありましたが何よりも市長自身が現場の状況を把握できていなかったことが非常に申し訳ないことです。と説明があり、説明を受けた議員より様々な質疑が行われました。そして１２月定例議会において、この件に対して特別委員会が設置されることになりました。

２．平成１８年度実施 洲本市職員採用試験 結果状況について
３．その他
①平成１９年消防出初式 開催日 平成１９年１月７日 午前９時より
式典は洲本市文化体育館｢しばえもん座｣にいて行い、その後ホテルきんえい前にて放水を行う
②平成１９年成人式 開催日 平成１９年１月７日 午後２時より
昭和６１年４月２日から昭和６２年４月１日に生まれたの男性２５４人、女性２５９人が対象です。
その後、洲本市議会会議録検索システムについての研修がありました。
